Core features developed for Playbeyond.com
Real-time actions and functionalities
The tournament, league, and match phases are updated in real-time when gamers interact with the platform, i.e., joining a tournament or reporting score results. Gamers can chat with each other by instantly receiving and sending messages.
Leagues with Elo ranking system
A performance-based type of tournament with a standings table that used an Elo ranking system provides players with a further sense of competition and an added value of fair play when matchmaking.
Leaderboard with auto-prize distribution
A feature designed to keep gamers constantly engaged on the platform by playing matches and participating in leagues or tournaments. Every performed action here contributes to a leaderboard where the winners always receive prizes!
Logi-ID integration and system support
As a part of the family of products from Logitech, Playbeyond integrated with Logi-ID, a single sign-on system used across all of Logitech's products with a goal to onboard their big community.
Advanced manual score reporting
To help maintain the relationship between the platform admin and gamers, the manual score reporting is set in place to communicate all events that transpired in a single match to bring fair play. Gamers can now share their side of the story.
Team roster management
The amount of players in a team varies depending on the game mode set for the event. A team captain can switch out players that will be playing in the next match. This allows a team to have substitutions in case someone can't join a match!
“We approached the Ragebite team with a complex and ever-evolving development project - they took the time to get everything right from development to support and we are very pleased with the end result”
